Build a useful company knowledge pack without a pitch deck.

Organise websites, notes and documents into facts the team can safely reuse.

THE KNOWLEDGE SYSTEMEvery usable claim has a source.

REVIEWED KNOWLEDGEApproved facts

Source · owner · review date

Illustrative framework. Use verified information from your own business.

A polished presentation is optional. Start with a clear explanation of the business, the offer and the next market. The quality of the facts matters more than the number of files you upload.

01

Create a small source inventory.

List the pages and documents that explain your offer. Label each source with its purpose, date and owner. A current product sheet can be more useful than a broad corporate deck. Keep internal pricing notes separate from materials that may be shared externally.

02

Distinguish capability from commitment.

Describe what your business provides and link each important claim to supporting material. Availability, certifications, delivery times and commercial terms need explicit confirmation. Mark missing information as unknown so a writer does not fill gaps with plausible language.

03

Refresh the mission when the offer changes.

Add a short change note when you update a product, audience or positioning statement. Review whether active missions and saved drafting instructions still match. An uploaded document alone is not evidence that existing drafts, queued messages or mission settings have changed; inspect the affected work before it progresses.

IN PRACTICE

Resolve conflicting sources before drafting.

LESS USEFUL

Upload all our decks and let the writer choose the best information.

MORE ACTIONABLE

Treat the dated product sheet as the technical source. Keep pricing internal. Ask the export owner to resolve any conflict with the website before making the claim.

More sources can produce more ambiguity. The writer needs a way to know which material is current and who can resolve disagreement.

Negotiated price or territory noteKeep internal until expressly approved.
TRY THIS WITH YOUR TEAM

Choose one claim from your current sales materials. Record its exact source, publication or review date, owner and sharing status. If two documents disagree, write down who will resolve the conflict rather than selecting whichever claim sounds stronger.

MAKE IT YOURS
