Every first message waits 24 hours after it is written before it can send. The review window gives you time to read what the AI wrote, change it, move it to another channel or skip the company altogether. Follow-ups and second-channel messages get their own 24 hours too.
How the clock works
- The 24 hours start when the draft is written.
- Editing restarts the 24 hours. So do changing the channel plan, restoring a skipped company, rewriting, and choosing It’s fine, keep it on a draft that needed a recheck.
- Approving does not shorten the wait. An approved draft still waits until its review ends.
- Times on the review screens are Malaysia time (UTC+8).
Work through Review drafts
Open Review drafts from the sidebar. The number beside it is how many drafts are waiting.
- Use the tabs to focus: Needs a recheck, Ready to approve, Approved, Skipped and Submitted. Filter by Email or WhatsApp if needed.
- Each row shows what the draft is waiting for, such as Review ends with a time.
- Select Open to read the full message, the company and why it was picked.
- Deal with anything in Needs a recheck first (see below).
Edit a draft
On the draft page, change the wording directly, then Save changes. Or use Ask the AI to change the email: Shorter, Friendlier, a different Language, or a typed instruction. Suggestions go into the editor, and nothing changes until you save. Preview the full email and Send a test to my mailbox show exactly what the buyer will see.
Every saved edit is checked against your approved statements again, and the 24 hours start again.
Switch channel
In the list, the Email and WhatsApp buttons on each row turn a channel on or off for that company. On the draft page, How we’ll contact this company lets you choose a full plan (email then WhatsApp, WhatsApp then email, one channel only, or both independently) and the wait between them, then Save this plan. WhatsApp must be linked in Settings → Channels first.
Skip a company
Select Skip and choose a reason: Not a fit for our offer, Too small, Already a customer, Competitor, Wrong contact or Other. Skipping stops everything for that company, including follow-ups. If you change your mind, Restore it from the Skipped tab; its 24 hours start again. If you have already been in touch another way, use Already contacted.
Drafts that need a recheck
A draft is marked Needs a recheck when your company facts or sender changed after it was written, when a check did not pass, or when checks have not finished. The box Recheck before this sends lists the reasons. Choose Rewrite with latest facts, or It’s fine, keep it. Either way, its 24-hour review starts again. Rewrite all with latest facts handles many at once, but replaces wording you changed by hand.
Approval, and when it actually sends
By default a draft does not need your approval: once its review ends and it passes every check, it can send. If you would rather approve each one, turn on Ask me to approve each new message in Settings → First message. You can also select Approve on any draft in Ready to approve.
The end of the review is the earliest a message may send, not the time it will. With Automatic sending on, drafts are sent in the daily run (10:00 Malaysia time by default) and within your daily limits, so a message may leave later than its review end time. With automatic sending off, drafts wait after their review until you send them.
